Fabio Gallo
Vice President
Fabio has more than 25 years of experience in private banking. After graduating in Milan, he earned a master’s degree in economics from UCSB in the United States. He began his managerial career in Milan at Zurich Financial Services and, in 2000, was among the key players in developing the sales network of the newly founded Fineco Bank. In 2003 he developed the advisor network in Italy of the BNP Paribas Group. In 2012 Fabio moved to Switzerland, accepting the offer from a major management company in Lugano where he worked for 5 years. In 2018 he held the role of CEO at ACT Finanz AG, a Swiss management company, and in 2023 he joined Uptovalue Asset Management, where he holds the role of Vice President.
Stefano Cezza
Ceo
For more than 25 years Stefano has been a key player in the financial sector first in Italy and then in Switzerland.
He started his brilliant career in Milan in 1997 as Executive Manager in Zurich Financial Sim.
In March 2000 Stefano contributed to the development and training of Fineco Bank’s sales network. From 2002 to 2005 he worked at Cortal Consors (BNP Paribas Group) as Sales Manager.
From 2005 he held several managerial roles in Banca Fideuram where he was also in charge of the training of the sales network.
In September 2015 Stefano became the founding partner of Uptovalue Asset Management SA, where he serves as Chief Executive Officer.
Giorgio Caversazio
Director
Giorgio has more than 35 years of international financial experience as a business economist with a global view of economic and corporate reality.
After initial experience in the financial sector, he worked as an asset manager and investment consultant at Swiss Bank Corporation in the early 1990s.
Giorgio then held senior roles in international private client development at BNP Paribas for 3 years.
He then worked as a director and trustee for major Swiss companies until joining Uptovalue Asset Management SA in March 2016 where he serves as a director and financial trustee.

Uptovalue is also a sponsor of the Recanati ski club with the aim of encouraging young people to take up this beautiful and fascinating sporting activity, which combines physical training and contact with nature.
